Orkify

Orkify is StoresWiki LLC's project and work management platform, a Monday.com style hub that we design, host, and operate. It gives teams a shared place to plan projects, organize tasks, track progress, and keep collaboration moving, delivered as a managed SaaS so there is nothing to install or maintain. It is built to adapt to how a team actually works rather than forcing one rigid process.

The platform runs as a containerized application on our infrastructure with a managed, database-backed store for boards, tasks, and team data, and the hosted SMTP relay handles invitations and notifications. Billing is handled through Stripe, and accounts, workspaces, and access are managed for the customer. We operate the service end to end, including uptime, backups, and updates.

Because it is fully operated by us, teams get a reliable work hub without the overhead of running their own tooling. We keep the platform current and healthy so customers can focus on delivering projects instead of administering software.
